Swiss, born in Zurich, I studied Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni in Milan and then worked in the design team of a high-fashion house in Düsseldorf. I came to the Costa Blanca in 1998 and made it home - and that training in proportion, material, function and detail still shapes how I read a property and what it could become.
In 2001 I co-founded one of the area's respected agencies. Over the next two decades I sold more than 500 properties and delivered over 50 building and renovation projects, coordinating the architects, builders and craftsmen rather than carrying out the work myself. Under my leadership the company earned ISO 9001 certification for quality management, and I won the Best Property Agent Award. In 2024 I went fully independent: an API-registered real estate agent working directly and honestly with a small number of clients at a time, tied to no single agency or builder.

01 · Milan
An eye trained in design
I studied Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni in Milan, then worked in the design team of a high-fashion house in Düsseldorf. It taught me proportion, material, function and an intolerance for poor detail that has never left me.
02 · Arrival
Costa Blanca, 1998
I moved to Moraira in 1998 and fell for the light, the architecture and the pace of the Costa Blanca North. It became home - and the place I'd spend the next quarter-century learning house by house.
03 · Jetvillas
Building a reputation
In 2001 I co-founded the Jetvillas agency and spent two decades not only selling homes but delivering the building and renovation projects behind them, coordinating the architects, builders and craftsmen who did the work. The company earned ISO 9001 certification for quality management under my leadership, I won the Best Property Agent Award - and out of it came 500+ properties sold and 50+ projects delivered.

In 2024 I sold my Jetvillas shares to work independently with a small number of clients at a time. No volume targets, no divided loyalties - just honest guidance across buying, selling, building and investing, the way I always wanted to give it.
