An eye for what a place can be
I came to building through design
My first training was in fashion design in Milan — an education in proportion, material and detail. I brought that eye to the Costa Blanca and spent twenty-five years building and renovating houses here, completing more than fifty build and renovation projects to a standard I am proud to put my name to.
It means I can look at a tired, awkward or unloved property and see the house it could become — and then actually deliver it, because I coordinate the whole chain of professionals myself.

Coordination only works if someone is actually there — checking the work, catching problems early, keeping trades to schedule. That's the part owners abroad can't do themselves, and it's the part I take off your hands.
