Privacy policy

I collect only what you choose to send me, and use it only to reply.

• What I collect: the name and contact details you enter in the form or send by WhatsApp, email or phone, and anything you tell me about what you're looking for.
• Why: solely to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the service. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request.
• Sharing: never sold or used for marketing lists. Shared only with the professionals your matter needs - a lawyer, bank or craftsman - and only when you ask me to.
• Retention: kept only as long as needed for your enquiry or our working relationship, then deleted.
• Your rights: access, correct, delete or restrict your data at any time - email info@nicolasstrebel.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

The contact form sends your message straight to me by WhatsApp or email; this website has no database and stores nothing.

Cookie policy

This site is deliberately light. It uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and does not profile you.

• Essential only: a small preference is stored in your browser so the cookie notice doesn't reappear and to remember your language choice. It stays on your device and is never sent to a server.
• Third parties: if you click through to WhatsApp, Google or another external service, that service applies its own cookies under its own policy.
